Not settling over a year. Advise please

Dear astrology masters,
kindly help me with to get rid of my tension,
It has been over a year I'm not settled in a right project in my current job.
Nothing is working rightly.
Always having the insecurity feeling and tensions due to this.
Going through heavy expenses as well over the past year. Completely unexpected expenses.

Kindly help me when will I have peace in my job and in current period.
