Consistently facing hostile job environment / bosses

My DOB - 23 Nov 1989.
TOB - 09.40 am
POB - Assam Guwahti

Since last few years I am forced to change jobs almost within a year as I am consistently facing hostile job environment and bosses, for no fault of mine. My mental peace has been affected and reputation has seen a decline. Please help when and how should I go about resolving this. I am thinking to pursue an MBA outside India to come out of this, but not sure on my chances and it will involve a lot of hard-work and a lot of luck (I will need professional recommendation and no one from past organisations will perhaps give this) to crack. Should I start something on my own ?

I am also worried that this upcoming months (from 17 oct to Dec) are not good for me as both in transit and in natal chart Ketu will be over my natal sun and transit sun, making situations far worse. is there a possibility for me to loose my job?
