Hi,
I am asking for my husband. He is been in the US for almost 15 yrs but not Green card. He is working in a University based research job, not very high paying. When will he get a high paying job and Greencard ? Is it better to go to India or stay in US? DOB: 1st September 1982, 2.15PM.
