I'm looking to migrate to Canada through permanent residency and I'm thinking of selecting Y Axis, Adyar Chennai as my agent. I however see the reviews not being so good and that once they receive payments they are not really helpful with regard to the process. However they have been in the market for almost 2 decades now and thinking of going ahead with them based on their standing. But I am still in a dilemma whether to select them or some other agency.
Can someone please cast a prasna to let me know if Y Axis, Chennai would be a good choice to go with as immigration agent? Please do help. Am also sharing my birth details below:
DOB : 24th Jan 1986
POB : Colombo, Sri Lanka

Any leads on this please? I'm planning to take a call by the weekend whether to go for YAxis or another agency called CanApprove. I would be grateful if someone could help on this. Thanks a lot
