Sun Mahadasha conjunct Saturn.

Hello i was born 31th august 1978 at 6:50 am in Udine Italy.

I am currently working as a nurse in a hospital after i won an examination of thousands of people and i have a permanent job now.

I have 10th lord debilitated in Rasi but in Navamsa my 10th lord Mercury in 7th house forms Parivartana with Venus in ascendant and i found this job finally at 39th after years of tribulation thanks to the person i love even tough she left me.

I wanted to ask you one question.

I will have Sun Mahadasha starting in 2022.

My Sun is in Leo but is conjunct Saturn in Leo both in 1st house.

Is there any job advancement prospect for me ?

I would like to take a specialisation course and have a career advancement but it's really difficult because there is a lot of Competition in the nursing advanced career field.

What you think ?

Will the Sun Mahadasha bring me a career advancement or will Saturn conjunction ruin everything ?
