My details don't 22-12-1982, time: 2:20 am, place: Hyderabad .. I may a working mother, I want to change my job and always I need to put in lot of effort to get a good company so this time I am asking before I start out. Would I get into new job in next 6 months ? At present I have a job but my efforts are not appreciated unlike my peers which is making me think of switching my company.
