Till now no proper job and good salary. All temporary jobs and Low paid. For past 15 years my health was also not good. When will I get a good job with a decent salary. When my health will improve.

Yes, you will definitely get stability with decent income but it may take around two to three more years.
Could you please specify more about any occurrence of health issues, disputes with the relatives, or any case of violence or court cases if you had faced in the past.

In 2002 I got swelling in knee and later in all joints
In 2006 I was not able to walk for two months then had
Ayurvedic treatment.
Every now and then get the swelling. But good thing is
Now reducing after prolonged Ayurvedic treatment
I don’t have any court cases in the past
I live far away from relatives and I don’t see them for years as very less savings to go back on leave.
I’m in medical research field but job is temporary and
almost every year contract basis. Even though PhD but work level is very Low. Crossed 50 years but still not settled.
