when will I start to work?

I am getting older...no job...What type of job can I do? When Will I start to work? Now I am earning 200 dollars at month i am giving private teaching lessons, but not serious job, and in the past i have done a job for two months without salary, free job volunteer

You can try for civil services, good chances to get success after September 2019 only, good chances to move abroad also.
Any work related to foreign country is suitable.
After January 2020 you will get great success in foreign related matters.
