Respected swarnim/neeraj...please advice about my career

Respected people,
I am Building Architect in USA without job since 2009. I did few non related jobs in between. As I was not getting job, I got real estate license in may 2013 and started working as realtor. I still don't see any improvement as far as my career or money is concerned. Please read my chart and advice if my future holds any promise in real estate and when I should expect some turn around in my future.

I understand that it may require at least 3 more years before you get significant or desired achievement and standing. Keeping in view the effects of Ketu, will suggest you:
1. To stick to the current line.
2. Avoid frequent switching or closing/restarting.
3. Pray to Lord Ganesha for removing the obstacles.

real estate looks better option but check whether you have happy married life or good relationship with mother or great longevity of mother .....It is an indication whether you can do real estate or not...

Dear swarnim,
You advised me to stick to what I am doing. Real estate is not a regular income for me right now so I am also trying to get a job in my profession (building architect) I recently gave an interview on Nov 14. Do you see any chances of getting job in coming days or months?

Curently running sat/mars where mars is highly malefic conjunct with rahu.There will be some good event in the vidasha of venus in sat/mars which starts from dec 1st and ends by feb4,2014.Mostly in moon sookshma-anthardasha that is after dec15th.Venus is in rajyarudha,also ninth lord conjunct with mercury(1st and 10th lord) formed a rajayoga.Mahadashalord,saturn although debiliated in navamsa,in retrograde thus have chestabala.

Regular prayers to Lord ganesh and lord vishnu recommended,offer special poojas to ganeshji on thursdays.

Dear verma,
Yes,sat/mars/venus can show success in real estate.Sat/rah/venus can show you settlement that is after jan 2016.But there will be up/downs financially untill feb 2017 that is upto sat/jup.
