Ask your brother to chant Aum Nama shivaya,Shivaya nama aum.108 times facing north after offering water to a shiva lingh.The case will go in his favour and the likely period of his promotion will be around january 2014.

Dear verma,

Ask some one to read shani kavacham on his behalf .eighty times with in 8 days starting that on a Saturday. Read this with a til oil lamp facing west. After the 80th kavacham is read donate something like food, clothes to poor people, workers, scavengers and also feed the crow with white sesame seed mixed with ghee and dhal and rice....
