I want to understand how i can improve my welth and career.

I'm a lawyer. I don't know if i have to change the field of my law firm. Or go back to the university career. Or try to diversify (i think in making a youtube chanel about training (sports) or/and sociology).
Maybe the problem is that i have so many ideas. But i've been focused in my law firm for the last 4 year (family law) and i'm still suffering to survive.

The chart i always have is:
Lagna in gemini in Purnavasu - conjuct mars
Venus in ardra
Sun in Magha
Mercury in Virgo, in Uttara P.
Rahu in Virgo in Hasta
Moon in Virgo in Chitra
Jupiter in Saggittatius in Purva A.
Saturn in Pisces in Uttara B.
And Ketu in Pisces in Uttara B or Revati - depends on the Ayanamsa.

You don't need to wear any gemstones. You are under the Dasha of Jupiter in the 8th House but since your 10th Lord in 10th House Chatushishisama Dasha is applicable and you are under Sun-Sun-Jupiter, Jupiter in the 8th house of humiliation and change. The Sun-Sun- Venus will start from 24th October and Venus is the 9th Lord [Guru of demons ] in the 10th House with the 10th Lord Mercury a very potent Rajyoga . Saturn the 5th Lord is also aspecting from 4th House. You will certainly move towards management.
