Hello Everyone.

I am looking for another job. I have actually been looking for over 5 years. I rarely am invited to interviews and when I am, it goes well through the entire recruitment process and I just never hear back or I'm reject the.

I took my current job when my previous contract ended as it was my only option at the time. I have not been able to find another job in all this time. Prior to accepting my current role, I've never had a problem finding a job. I've honestly become so resentful towards my employer right now and have no interest in my job anymore. This is out of character for me, because I have always been very dedicated, loyal and hardworking with regards to all my jobs, even when I worked part time as a student!

Please could someone provide insight on this situation and point me in the right direction with regards to when I will find another job and if it's a good idea for me personally during this uncertain period of the pandemic.

Below are the details as suggested by the pinned post on this section.

1. Education : Commerce (3 qualifications complete, 1 current. 1 incomplete)

2. Start date of current job:
Nov 2014

3. Current situation :
Comfortable but no prospect of progression or growth. Nepotism, favoritism & racism. Private company so ethics don't particularly apply.

4. Reason I want to leave.
Seeking progression & growth. Nepotism. Favoritism & racism has made me rather resentful to the point that I hate my job.

My details

25.09.1989
Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
12.48pm noon

Thanks!

Hi,

I've had a chance to cast your birth-chart and observe planetary positions and their conditions. Below are a few notes that are relevant for your situation and this thread:
1. Udaya Lagna is placed in Makara Rasi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Uttarashada Nakshatra, ruled by Sun/Ravi, the 8th lord. Being conjunct with Rahu in the Rahu-Ketu axis or being hounded by low profile miscreants Mandi and Gulika are not a good sign.
2. Lagna Lord Saturn/Shani-dev is placed in the 12th house of Dhanur Rasi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Purvashada Nakshatra, ruled by Venus/Shukra - the 10th lord placed strongly in his Moola-Trikona.
3. Moon/Chandra is also strongly placed in his Swasthana of Karaka Rasi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Ashlesha Nakshatra, ruled by Mercury/Budha - the 6th & 11th lord, strongly placed in his Uccha-Stana in the sign of Kanya Rasi. But being conjunct with Ketu is not a good sign (degree of separation should help).
4. Venus/Shukra the 10th lord or Karma-Karaka (who is Atmakaraka, as also a Yogakaraka) is powerfully placed in the Karma-Sthana - his Swasthana and Moola-Trikona of Tula Rasi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Vishaka Nakshatra, ruled by Jupiter/Guru - the 3rd and 12th lord, placed in the 6th house is not really a benefic for the chart.
5. Now, looking at Vimsottari (Venus/Shukra MD and Rahu AD...subsequently Jupiter/Guru AD) and Chaturaseeti Sama Dasha (Mars/Kuja MD and Sun/Ravi AD) will be a bit challenging - mind you, Mars/Kuja is Badha-Karaka for the chart and combust. Dasamsa or D10 also seems to indicate a not so favorable time.

In summary, it would perhaps make sense to simply change jobs without validating suitability and fitment.. more inline with Karma-Karaka. Also, it might be beneficial to consider seeking help/guidance from knowledgeable folk for suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies for early relief.

Sincerely...

Hi,

Correction:
In summary, it would perhaps make sense not to consider changes unnecessarily or without validating suitability and fitment thoroughly... and more inline with Karma-Karaka. Also, it might be beneficial to consider seeking help/guidance from knowledgeable folk for suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies for early relief.

Sincerely...
