Upapada and marriage

Male, Never married
Dob- 07-september- 1985
Tob- 21:07 pm
Pob- Etawah, Uttarpradesh

In my chart upapada is Scorpio. Saturn is aspecting 2nd from upapada. Does it mean that my marriage will not survive whenever it happens?

In my D1 chart Saturn is in 7th house. Saturn is my atmakaraka. Saturn is also the Lord of 7th house in navamsa. My Saturn mahadasha will also start from 2027. In light of these facts what are my marriage prospects?

I have had proposals but they didn't materialized.
I use to wear pukhraj but someone told me that I have debilitated Jupiter and I should discontinue wearing it.
I also use to wear blue sapphire(neelam) but it was hurting someone in the family so I do not wear it anymore.

I am a religious person and I do prayers on a regular basis. But didn't seek divine help especially for seeking a partner.

Yes , Uppada is Scorpio but Saturn is not aspecting the 2nd house from Uppada . In Jaimini Astrology dual sign aspect the dual sign, so in your case Sagittarius sign is not aspected by any planet.
