Udaya Lagna is in Sandhi/Cusp - caught in transition on the edge, just past Karaka/Cancer Rashi and into Simha/Leo Rashi ( will change in a bit over a minute) - in deep Gandanta degree. Sun/Ravi is placed in Karaka Rashi and close to Gandanta degree, with Rashi Parivarthana with Moon/Chandra, placed in Simha Rashi. Stated birth-time puts Udaya Lagna in Ketu-Rahu axis and the Parivartha Yoga (between the Lagna Lord and 12th lord) mentioned earlier is not really beneficial.
I'm not quite sure what makes you think you are a Leo/Simha Ascendant. It would help if you could kindly share relevant details to support your understanding. If not, it would perhaps perhaps make more sense to consider birth time evaluation (BTE)/rectification (BTR)... instead of speculating.
In any case, there does seem to be a strong or significant footprint of Ketu and hence the influence, as reflected in the birth-chart. So, it might not be a bad idea to consider offering special prayers regularly to Lord Ganesha, with unwavering faith, devotion/bhakti and a strong sankalpa - specially so, since Ketu's influence seems to be at play (in your previous, current and subsequent Antara-Dasha lords, as also the 7th lord of Kalathra-Sthana are all associated with Ketu).

Marriage outside your community is possible after the first week of April 2021. It could be a love marriage also.

By the way, I'm inclined to think marriage is delayed (which is obvious) and not denied. If the stated birth-time is considered to be accurate, Rahu in 7th house of Kalathra-Sthana would support an unconventional alliance/relationship (inter-caste/community/culture/religion etc.).
For early fulfillment of desire, please consider offering special prayers to Lord Ganesha, as suggested earlier.

As said earlier, it is borderline chart. you were born when ascendant sign is changing....
Predicting events in your chart will be difficult and some could be speculating....
To avoid that situation...go for birth time rectification by providing life events with dates. Those who have time would do it for you.
