I am a new learner in astrology and trying to analyse the below chart in which this person has 3rd house libra for leo ascendant... Also in the below chart this person was in a few relationships ... however his relationships did not culminate in marriage... but if saturn was exalted in 3rd house and aspecting 5th house, how should one determine his love life ... Also the relationships should have ideally been successful...Or is it that even if saturn is placed in 3rd house and aspecting 5th house would mean he facing some issues in his relationships as saturn is also owner of 6th house so he must have been unlucky in terms of his relationships..Can we also say that this person can be commitment phobic or it could be the other way person must have been way to serious in those relationships but was unlucky... Also how will such a persons married life be... His birth details are as follows..

Per chart, its a Leo lagna chart with lagnesh sitting in 11h house of gains with yogakarak Ma. Looking for relationship side, its 7H is ordinary with no benefic aspect although with no malefic aspect either.7th Lord Sa is exalted in 3rd house of efforts. This may signify that person may be bold enough to reach out for relationships. Although malefic aspect of Su/Ma/Sa on 5th house doesnt give good results from affair perspective.
If we see from Mo, the person is manglik and Mo in 8th house shows wayward attitude towards opposite sex. Ve in own house in 10th shows that there is good promise of marriage for this person. This is confirmed my exalter venus in navmasha chart in 7H along with benefic and exalted Ju aspect. Sa aspect in navamsha shows little delay but steadyness in relationship.
Debilitated Moon in Navamsha may signify wavering mind but benefic aspect of Ju will help.

Overal, shows promise in marriage but being manglik (from Mo), continued efforts needed to sustain relationship.

Few points which I would like to ask you, you have mentioned lagnesh sitting in 11h house of gains with yogakarak Ma but lagnesh is Saturn which is sitting in 3rd house libra... Also since Saturn is exalted in 3rd house libra why is it that his marriage is delayed... Saturn does aspect 7th house in navamsha but venus is placed well in navmasha chart 7H and along with benefic and exalted Ju aspect. So ideally he should have been married by now.... Also please let me know when do you think this person can get married. Also do you find any rigidness and lots of ego in this person's behaviour.
