There is evidently some delay in the timing of marriage event. Please rest assured, it is said Saturn/Shani-dev delays but never denies. In fact, I'm inclined to think your marriage will materialize after Ketu Maha-Dasha.
Further, there is no need for you to be worried about Venus/Shukra Maha-Dasha either - although a Badha-Karaka for the chart, being placed in his exaltation sign of Meena Rasi, he is a benefic and will in all probability be benevolent.
In any case, it might not be a bad idea to bow down and seek blessing from the good lord.

The Lunar Constellations of Pushya Nakshatra, Anarudha Nakshatra and Uttara Badhrapada are all ruled by Saturn/Shani-dev. Please rest assured there are quite a few people who are born with Moon/Chandra in these Nakshatras, when Saturn is transiting respective Rasi. In all such cases, a native will start with Saturn/Shani-dev Maha-Dasha, with Sade-Sati.
