5th Bhava lord is with Sun,Kethu and a napumsaka planet the Mercury.
Bhava lord mercury is placed in a dusthana (6th) from Bhava.
5th is aspected by Karaka Jupiter & also by Venus.
Aspect of Jupiter is not fruitful due to his Gulika Bhavanadhipathya.
Probably the husband is under treatment for less sperm count/less motility.
If YES, the treatment to be continued.
Beeja sphuta is falling in an even rasi and is not supportive.

Female chart :-
5th Bhava is occupied by Kethu and aspected by its lord Mercury and also by the 9th lord Saturn.
Karaka Jupiter is in the 12th (dusthana) but exalted in Navamsaka.
Kshethra sphuta is falling in a odd sign and is not supportive.

Overall picture is having more adverse tendencies and less supportive factors.

I have a doubt is my lagna Thulam /Scorpio.
As per the birth chart i have my Lagna is Scorpio. Thats what i am following from my birth.
MIL scolds me telling we have given them a fake horoscope.

Casted the chart of your husband and the lagna is Aquarius .sat is falling in libra which is not a good sign for child issues ,mercury was positioned with sun and ketu ,venus is 12th to mars ,there might have been abortions ,between 2017 feb to 2019 oct ,was there any issues with regard to child birth

In wife chart moon is in libra ,gynaecology problem is seen .5th house is aspected by sat and also by rahu .so better to consult the doctor

In the female chart, Rahu occupies the 5th and is aspected by Saturn leading to Sarpa dosha. This needs to be remedied by a Sarpa sanskara puja if not done earlier. Normally such pujas are done in Kshetras like Kukke Subramanya or Ghati Subramanya. If there is a Naga temple near your place which is also a Kshetra, you can check if this puja is done there. Rahu dasa is starting in a few months from now and this will be beneficial. The 8th house representing the womb is good and there appears to be no other problem in the female chart. The same is confirmed in the Saptamsa also.

In the male chart, the bhava madhya of the 5th house belongs to Rahu who is in the 4th (12th from the 5th). Aspect of both Jupiter and Venus on the 5th is good. The 5th lord occupies a Kendra in a neutral's house (Panchada maitri) aspecting the 4th house. The current dasa is of Venus and antara is of Jupiter. The next antara is of Saturn who is also in Jupiter's nakshatra. The period is favourable. Weakness, which is seen in the male chart due to debilitated 7th lord with Saturn may need medical help.

Once the parihara is done, the birth of a child can take place within one year if medical aid is also taken for the male.

Till date i assume my Lagna as Scorpio. Is there any possibility for my lagna to be Scorpio.

Will we stay abroad or settle in India
Will I have a good relation with my husband
He does not support me or does not take my opinion in his account will this situation change

Doctor told us we both are perfectly fine.
Then why my treatment has failed.
Will I conceive naturally?
