Moon with sat in D 9 might delay marraige much . Sat is with sun innD1 and with moon in D9 , aspects Venus in D9
Lot of delay in marriage seen , was there any break in engagement. 6th lord in 2nf shows it can be love marriage or chooses partner by self only

But a 4 year long serious relationship broke up in mid 2019.

I used to check the changes taking Moon and Sun as reference in some cases. Here Moon takes the lordship of 7th. Moon is the chara karaka of pitru. Sun is the atma karaka taking charge of 8th. Then, we can see Rahu's aspect on Mercury the 9th lord here who is the dara karaka also. Being the natural karakas of 4th and 10th, I think checking the bhavas taking Moon and Sun as references for bhavas may reveal something.

The marriage delay is due to higher quantity of pitru dosha,wrath of Shiva accentuated by the nodes. Rahu spoils 12th house and 3rd/12th lord in 8th. The remedy of sitting in front of Hanuman's statue is vital-as Hanuman is the Rudramsa and capable of removing stagnant mind-sthambana- to follow the fate and give a real fighting spirit to her.

Rahu's aspect on Jupiter will not allow the native to adopt the right direction without Hanuman's grace.

You are right. Harihara teaches this as Hanthu Kama in the topic-Evil eye.

But this evil eye Not by others or enemies. It seems to be an inherent entity.

Bali Kamas desires some form of Bali (sacrificial offering). This is indicated by Rahu /Gulika is in 4th ,5th ,7th or 8th house. If 6th lord conjoins /aspects, the problem is due to enemy’s action . This is the criteria for damages done by others.

Pray Hanuman ji. He alone can guide you to the right path.

Mars here is designed to prevent your marital bliss permanently. Why? It is the badhaka exalted and Vargottama. It aspects the UL. and 7th house also. Other details have been answered already. You don't have evil eye done by others. Need not worry about that.

1. First Met around mid aug 2015, instant attraction that lead to a serious relationship but eventually fell apart in june 2019(no contact since then) due to several reasons.

I have started listening to vishnu sahasranamam a while back in the morning or in the night before sleeping whenever possible.

Is it possible to predict how the spouse will be and if it will be a love/arrange marriage?
Also, to be honest marriage by may 2021 seems a bit unlikely since there is no prospect right now. If this period is missed then when would be the next good period?
