Will this marriage survive? Is there a second marriage

Life has come to a standstill. After getting married very late (at 34yrs) wife separated only after 3 months living together and launched a false lawsuit against me and fmly. Divorce is imminent and we are fighting in court. On the other note, career which was good until last year has stalled suddenly. I am a living in US for last 10yrs and seems I will have to return back to India. What is the future on marriage, possibility of second marriage, stable life, settling abroad and growth in career? I am depressed, lonely and giving up.

In the Boys chart the 7th and the 8th are heavily afflicted.
In the Girls chart the7& 8 are almost free from afflictions.
"What is the future on marriage" :-A lengthy married life is not indicated.
"possibility of second marriage" :-Second marriage is possible and will be when Jupiter dasa starts.
"settling abroad and growth in career" :- Both are assured.

In male chart the following were my observations.
Venus in sun star ,sat aspecting moon,moon is with jup ,sat aspecting venus, with all the above happiness from marraige gone .

Thankyou. I am trying to reconcile with her but she is not ready to talk or make any efforts. It was a rocky marriage and we both are at fault. I am accepting my fallacies and improving but she is not ready to budge.Is there any possibility of reconciling? What is the possibility of lawsuit being dropped? any settlement on disputes? Will I have to pay a lot of money?

Your current dasa lord Venus rules the chart, self is weak in afflicted in 7th house of marriage. This dasa would end on March 2021 The next dasha of Sun is also weak in 8th.
I don't see any immediate improvement.
