Is marriage denied for this person. 39 and no prospects of marriage.
So many astrologers saw but no one points a specific time.

Hello Sir,

Yes the the ascendant is in lagna sandhi which is why most of the predictions doesn't come accurately.
The nature of the person fluctuate between Cancer & Leo but 90% its cancer, so the TOB is correct.
After the age of 35 professional growth is good but unstable as of jobs and one profession.
The TOB is accurate according to original birth chart(provided) made when naming the child.
Is it because the 7th(saturn) house is in enemy house in the 2nd house with malefic(rahu) becomes double malefic, and the 2nd lord is also debilitated?

Here are few more details:
Age 13-14: Loses in terms of financial and business to father followed by demise of mother 15(dec-95).
24: joined masters(bus.management), demise of grand mother )feb-04). extreme difficulties in family financially.
37: 35-37: sudden gains financially followed by sudden travel overseas at 37(dec-16) on education, done masters again( computer science) and currently living abroad.

Education: grad: commerce. Masters: Bus.Management & Computer Science.
Job: sales & HR till 27, Business till 30, career consultation: till 34, consulting sales( 34-37), 1 year break. 39-currently software engineer. early child hood( fully of accomplishments in creativity(arts). always a performer in jobs but they never lasted for long.
Physical features: good looking, height 5-10, medium built, fair.
siblings: one elder brother
health: near death experience in childhood(infant), nothing specific after that apart from very small accidents.
parents: mother expired during teen, father: good health.
habiits: smoker & regular drinks.
Nature: king and helping, short temper which comes down in minutes.

I guess these are good enough.

Nothing in specific. brother got married very late at the age of 39( when the person in discussion's age is 38).
no specific events apart from that to the brother.
As i told this is a challenging chart. i would say " neither the stick beaks nor the snake dies"..
the challenge keeps on running with unpredictable results.

As per your given time,he will get married in mer-mer between 23-march,2024 to may 14th of 2024.But remember as lagna lord is with ketu in rasi chart and as 9th lord of bhagya in 3rd of navamsa lagna with ketu, cant sustain such marriage for a longer pereoid.you need not worry about his lagna and it is cancer only.Marriage wise chart showing blessings as well as divorce..blessings promotes the marriage event but curses leads to divorce..

The venus transits are not working. in such case saturn-venus should have worked.
The mercury-mercury dates provided by you has PD of venus which i strongly believe wont work since it happened before. can u be specific how you came to this conclusion.

check the ishta phala values of mercury.count total BAV of mercury.venus is in cancer navamsa.so his involvement is secondary.check the ista phal of venus too.check the dasa bal of venus and mercury[both vaishamshika and vimsopaka].Next come to charts.natural karaka of marriage is with 3-12th lord mercury in 5th in D1 and in amsa, mercury placed in venus sign in 7th.Mercury is karaka for gnathis[GK]& aspecting DK in amsa chart and conjucted with venus in rasi chart..
