Karmic debt or affair?

My oldest sister who has been married for 17 yrs, recently admitted to me in a fit of hysteria that she has been having an affair with her husbands friend...to the outside world her marriage was perfect...but we knew she was unhappy since her husband has always been suspicious and extremely obsessed with her,never allowing her own friends,always questioning everything....this friend too she has known for 15yrs, but never been close to him..... Not getting into details, but it sounds like everything played out like a karmic event..

yes its karmic.Let me give the reasons for it first..

1-Husbands friends represented by her 11th house from the 7th house aqaurius.7th house/lord both are under affliction.The 5th from the 7th is gemini ruled by mercury.Mercury is in pisces of 8th from lagna and in 2nd from the 7th.Pisces dispositor jupiter placed in her 12th house of bed.Both jupiter-mercury are connected via aspect.Mercury conjoined with lagna lord sun[self]in the 8th house of secret affairs.jupiter being a benefic in 12th promoted his mool trikona [5th-romance] and 8th house results by surpassing the spirituality traits of the 12th house[vipreet yoga].Here mercury is hubbys friend placed in 8th from the 7th lord , denotes that he is looking for an opportunity.so you can say clap sound means, both hands must come closer.what you quoted like advantage taken by both genders not by friend of her husband alone.Mars aspecting the 2nd house.so partner uses verbal torture frequently to hurt the native.Husbands friend knows everything about her family life why bcz he is a mercurian brain.

ur absolutely right...there is a lot of emotional abuse right from the start...now slowly physical abuse also...

Any idea when the affair will end? If divorce is not an option, then atleast she should be able to break it off.... One more doubt...why is this karmic? If it has no future, why such things happen?

Is there any remedy to make their marriage happier?

Simma lagna, Tula rasi. Sani is vargottama, Jup is exalted and retrograde which is like debilitated, Mer is debiliated and retrograde which is like exalted.

7th house and lagna are both severely afflicted, lagna lord and rasi lord Sun is hidden in 8th house which is not good. She will only get everything she wants after 40 due to weak lagna lord, in navasama sun is in friend house so she will be ok after her 40s.

Chart is interesting because all the houses signifying dharmic relationship are afflicted on way or the other -

All malefics influence the 7th house so no need to explain here. Mars is in close proximity to Ketu
Moon goes into nakshatra of Rahu who is afflicting 7th lord saturn, and saturn aspects moon very closely from the degrees. The first kama house is affected this way
Mars is lord of 9th and 4th who is pulled into the mess in 7th house thereby affecting significations of 4th house (home, domestic happiness) and 9th (bhagya, dharma)
Mercury lord of 11th and 2nd gets debilitated in the 8th house of secrets but gets neechabhanga and aspect from exalted Jupiter who is 8th lord. Ju is exalted in 12th house
Mars aspects 2nd house of family from 7th and thus impacts here too. I guess the formal family is still intact only due to aspect of Mercury and Sun
