Will we have a chance?

Hi everybody!
I was born on 4th August 1980 at 6:57pm. In 2017, a met a man (21st September 1956) and we really liked each other. Unfortunately, we haven't seen us since April 2018. In may I have the chance to meet him. Should I make some efforts to get close to him? Are there any chances that we will become a couple?
