I'm asking this because right now I'm running Venus antardasha and it is debilitated, aspected by Saturn. Even transit Saturn is aspecting Venus now. So, will something positive about love or marriage happen during this time?

From mid-June Jup's PD will start. Jup is LL of D-9 and very strong in D-9.

According to Marc Boney (https://www.amazon.com/Enigma-Wrapped-M ... B01928YQPK), there are many exceptions of the debilitation and actually, such neech-bhang planets give good results. One of the exceptions says: When the dispositor of a debi planet is in kendra from Lagna or Moon, then the debilitation is canceled. In your chart, Ven's dispositor Mer is in 7H from Moon.

It's interesting to note that you get many combinations for marriage to a person from far away place:
1. Natal 7L Mars is conjunct 12L Mer in 11H on Rahu-Ketu axis.
This must give some sort of unconventionality in your marriage.
2. From Moon, 7L Sun is in 7H again on Rahu Ketu axis.
3. From KL Scorpio, 7L Ven is 12L too placed in 11H.
So, it is quite likely that your life partner will be from far away place.

I can understand that because of 12th house involvement and rahu-Ketu, it is likely that my partner will be from a far away place. I can see that this could also indicate that I could be living abroad after marriage. But, not necessarily, right? Are there combinations in my chart that indicate that I will be living in far away places for long periods of time? Or, will I just have a partner who lives away from me for some reason like because of his career? Or he just travels a lot in his job?

I'm asking this because my 7th Lord also has other influences on it. It is also the 2nd Lord. Conjunct 11th lord. Aspected by 10th lord.

I don't know if it is actually possible to answer my questions through astrology. It is just that through my knowledge about me, I don't see myself living abroad for long periods of time. So, if possible just answer this one question. Are there combinations in my chart that indicate that I will be living abroad for long periods of time?

Yes, you are correct in your analysis.
LL in 12H indicates that you will live in a faraway place. But this will happen in the dasha of Ven from Nov 2016-Jan 2020. Is it quite difficult for me to ascertain business of your spouse from your chart.
