Is there a promise of marriage? If so when will I get married?

No. Working for small audit firm. Less salary as of now
I have written CA exam several time. But I am not able to clear last 4 subjects of CA Final. Getting frustrated.
Completed B.Com in 2005 and started studying for CA.

2) Are you facing problems in work environment?
No

3) Did you change many jobs?
Yes. See below for more details.

4) Do you have some problems with your father? You may be living in different places or you may have understanding problems?
Father expired on April 04 1998

5) Do your father have BP or any blood related issues?
Yes Father had BP and Blood Sugar

Additional details about me are below

Father expired on April 4th 1998
Father was having BP and Sugar
Six months before death he was paralysed right part
Paralysis was there till death

Fathers Mothers immediate elder sister bought up father from his childhood and she also took care of us after fathers death.
She was having BP.
Jan 2004 she was paralysed left part
Paralysis was there till death
she expired on June 9th 2006

Fathers mother(Grandmother) expired in Oct 2016.

Joined my first job (in a BPO) on June 4th 2007
Left the same, to continue ca on Mar 25th 2008
Joined CA articleship(Job) Feb 18th 2009 and worked for 2 years.
First Elder brother marriage was on May 10th 2009
Second Elder brother marriage was on May 27th 2011

Passed CA Intermediate exam(Nov 2006) 1st Group on Jan 17 2007
Passed CA Intermediate exam(Nov 2008) 2nd Group on Jan 29 2009

Passed CA Final exam(Nov 2012) 1st Group on Jan 2013

Every Year May and Nov exams I am failing.

Not able to pass CA Final exam 2nd Group.

No marriage yet.

1. Chart :

According to details you have provided,
Your 7th lord Mercury is in 6th house aspected by Saturn and Jupiter and having house exchange with Sun placed in 7th house. Mercury is in Naxatra of Venus. Sun and Venus are placeds in 7th house but both of them are either too young or too old. means not having much potentital. Rahu is aspecting 7th house.
In D9 , There are Sun Mars and Rahu soiling the 7th house.
7th house isn't so strong and not having any benefic sight .

but still as 7th lord is aspected by Jupiter , Marriage may happen in the time period of both the planets.

2. Transit :
Currently Jupiter is transiting in yout 7th house creating little favorable time but it's not much fruitful.

3. Mahadasha:

My Venus position is so very very confusion as it is in Rashi Sandhi.

As per most of the software and Website, it goes to 8th house in Rashi Chart.

But only in Parashara 7 it goes to 7th house.

I am not sure which one to consider.

Please let me know which position is applicable in my case based on my events given above.
