One can maintain and enjoy a relationship during the periods/sub-periods of planets which signify 5th and 11th houses.
One gets a break in relationship during the periods/sub-periods of planets which signify 6th and 12th houses.
So, just check the significations of planets related to current dasa, and sub-periods.

Ownership is only one type of signification. There can be many other significations in the chart.

e.g. if the 6th and 11th lord has major connections with 5th or 11th, then this planet is +ve for relationship.

If the same planet is strongly connected with 6th house, then this planet is not helpful for new or maintaining old relationship in its dasha or sub periods.

Same thing applies to 5th lord mars.
If other planets are linked with 5th or 11th house, then during those periods, one can get relationships.

What happens when planets that give relationships and planets that break relationships are connected in the chart?

For instance 1) 11th Lord and 12th Lord are conjunct
or 2) 12th Lord is in 11th house
or 3) 5th Lord and 6th Lord are conjunct or aspecting each other
or 4) 12th Lord/6th Lord aspecting 5th house

I haven't seen deeply. Approximately, marriage time will be May 2019.
Debilitation of Venus or Jupiter is not the cause for delay.
Causes for delay -
1) Saturn aspects 7th house and Mercury.
2) Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune square aspects on 7th lord Mercury.
