With this time of birth, the horoscope does not seem to have any such major problem to have kept you unmarried till now. Maybe time of birth needs rectification.

I would like to have a different approach in your case. You have already gone through
your horoscope many times to know the reasons for the delay. More than one period was expected
to bring in the event , but didn't. I suggest if you can just look back and see - how and why - past
has not helped you in getting married. ( not an astro analysis )
