lets begin.., 7th house lord is in 9th (neech) and conjoin mars,jupiter in 7th shows a good partner..,8th house is of "mangalya".venus in 8th (neech) is unfortunate..,7th lord is uccha in navamsha (it's good).i predict an love marriage around november of year 2017..it's an sudden marriage..,but the chart has many holes and due to specific alinements of planets i will not say it will be an good experience.

Astro girl.., yes placement of UL in 9th house indicate better fortunes after marriage..,but the placement of it's lord in 8th and in neech condition is not good..,also placement of neech moon in 2nd from UL(although mercury supports the UL and opposes the moon,but rashi aspect of saturn here (from 12th)disturbs the matter..)so longevity of marriage is in threat ,

jaimini says "if Upa-pada or 2nd from it has a planet in it's fall,the person loses his wife or husband..",now this will not occur if a benific aspects here although upapada has aspect from jupiter(Rashi aspect from 7th),and 2nd from upapada has mercury,aspects of saturn sapports moon..,so i advice to check the longevity of partner before marriage,if it's ok than do a suitable kundali match, ,
so if possible,go for arrange..
