How to Calculate the amount of Tangible Things ?

Today I want to ask general Question.

How do we calculate or estimate the of Tangible things .
Example if someone asks about how much wealth will I earn, How big house you have, How much i will earn etc.

Is there any method which is available in any book or vedic astrology books which shows such calculations.

Would like to learn about it.
