Cannot get rid of Debt

Hi,

I would like help in analyzing the situation of the following individual.

DOB: Sep 29 1984
TOB: 19:30
POB: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India

This individual is settled in Canada, has a well paid job, married with two kids. Bought a home in 2016, followed by an increasing debt. Moved to a different city to join a more paying job, but much of the expenses goes into paying debt off. Every time, he gets close to paying off a debt, some new expense comes up.

A few recommendations was provided by professionals on Gemstones, but they don't match with each other. He was asked to wear a Yellow Sapphire and Ruby by a person he consulted and another consultant recently asked him to wear Emerald because Mercury and Moon are weak(and since Moon is in 8th house, he should not wear a gem for moon).

Any help and recommendation would be much appreciated!

This chart is pretty strong. No need to wear any stones, he is running last phase of sade sati and currently jupiter is transiting over his natal moon and ketu causing problems. Tell him not to worry and have patience till end of this year.

@jram-jupiter is a luck factor[D9] in getting loans and saturn in debilitation along with rasi LL mars[D9] never ends his[closes] Debts.Abhishek mistaken by seeing the conjunction of jupiter-mars[pretty strong by abhishek] in 9th but their 2nd lordship is the main clue.Mars is 8th lord and jupiter is 12th lord. so yoga vanished.jupiter is easy loan giver and saturn-mars are hurdles to clear his debts.

4th lord Moon gets debilitated in 8th. Rahu-Ketu in 2-8 axis. No benefic aspects. Gulika is in 2nd house with Rahu getting rasi dhrushti from Saturn. Native should be happy that he is spending money for a cause which is a blessing.
