Do's and Dont's wearing shani ring

Hi, My DOB is 29/05/1980 and TOB is 1720 hrs POB is Andhra Pradesh, India as of now i am wearing a shani ring on right hand middle finger, is it good for me to wear shani ring in my current period, does it have any reverse effects wearing shani ring when actually shani is in good phase.... Please also advice do's and dont's wearing shani ring..... Like Can we use full washroom?? Can we eat nonveg with ring on finger ??
