currently she is working in IT sector for past 15 yrs and in a manager role since 1 yr.

Yes she discusses about issues with her immediate manager, but i feel it exists in every workplace so i never took it seriously. But since you are mentioning and she also discussed then those problems are there. Losing patience also exists in recent months, no issues on health front.
