I have a question about money matter.
If they are strong dhan yogas in a chart in 11 house but also powerful stars in 12 house then does a person earn more and spend more and not retain wealth?

11 house - Powerful Dhan yog: Sun, Mer, Mar combination in 11 house. Lagan lord with, 4th and 9th lord, Mars AND 2nd and 11th lord Mercury, in 11 house. In other words Lagan lord with yog karak and dhan karak in 11 (upchaya) house.
VS.
12 house - Venus (planet of pleasures, luxurious things, materialism) and Rahu (powerful amplifier) in house of expense and losses.

In this leo lagna chart 11th house is much more stronger than the 12th house..11th lord who is also 2nd lord in 11th with 1st and 9th lord is a powerful dhana yoga..in sav 11th house has 30 points whereas 12th house has 27 points indicating more savings than expenditure..hence this native will be wealthy..in the mars dasha he must have had good times in monetary and professional sphere..
But after this will come rahu dasha..rahu in the 12th house is conjunct ven 3rd and 10th lord..generally rahu in 12th house is not considered good..it will give losses and not gains in its dasha..being in the 12th house it can take the native abroad or away from his home..and he may have to travel frequently for his work..also if the native is married..he should take care of his wife during this period..
You say that it is placed in dasamsa lagna amd 10th house in navamsa but my dear friend the first and most important chart to look is the birth chart..it is to be given the maximum importance..after this to confirm the promise finer divisions are seen..dasamsa carries only 10% importance as compared to lagna..navamsa should be seen with importance..Here it is in the 10th can give rise in profession but in the end you will not be able to save and it will all go in loss..
