Wealth status is seen from 2L/11L & Indu lagna.
In ur case, 2L Sun is in own house hence strong. It is also aspected by 9L Jup. Your 11L Ven is debilitated in 3L so there may be issues related to income in the present dasha of Ven.
Indu lagna is Gemini which is in 12H 9foreign). It is aspected by 9L Jup and 5L Mars, so it promises gud financial status. Its lord Mer has high influence on Lagna as lagna is in nakshatra of Mer & Also in close conjunction with Mer. It represents you'll have money on ur mind.

According to a famous principle of Astakvarga, when points in 11H are more than 10H, 12H has less points than 11H & Lagna has more points than 12H then it assures lifelong financial prosperity to a native. IN use case this principle is applying.

Now interestingly ur 11H has 36 points (incoming money) but 2H contain only 25 points (saved money), while 12H contain 27 points (expenditures). It indicates you'll get much money but at the end of the day there'll be little saving as you'll spend most of it. The same thing is reflected by influence of 12L Mer on Lagna. It may make you extravagant.

Present dahsa: Ven-Ven-Sun
Ven is debilitated in 3H on close conjunction to Ketu. IN D-9 it is poorly placed in 6H aspected by 8L (also 5L) Mer.
The PD lord Sun is placed in 12H from Ven. In D-9, it is placed in enemy sign.
So possible results this time may be travel (results 3H), health issues (Ven in 6H of D-9 and in transit Sat & Jup activating natal 6H), change of residence (4L in 3H with Ketu).

One more observation the debilitation of Moon (also aspected bt Sat) in D-9 make your mind perplexed. I'll recommend you to workship Lord Shiva for this. This may reduce down the malefic influence of Shakat yoga (Jup in 12th from Moon).

Dear Shiran

At present u r in Mer-Mars dasha. Mer is most malefic planet for Aries Lagna. Further it is debilitated in D-9.
So dnt expect much from this dasha.
However ADs will have their say. The next dasha (from Oct 2012) is of Rahu who's vargottam but at the same time its combust. Next is Jup but it is in rashi sandhi (with 00-02 deg). So next gud dasha is Sat who's 10L/11L placed in 5H & aspect 11H. It is exalted in D-9. So this time (Oct 2017) shd be gud.

The next dasha of Ketu (From Apr 2020) shd also be gud as Ketu is in 11H & get aspected by its dsipositor Sat. In D-9, Ketu is in 7H aspecting lagna.

Besides you get some excellent dhan yoga like conjunction of 2L/7L Ven, 5L Sun, 10L/1L Sat with 9L Jup. This mega conjunction is happening in 11H from Moon.
Though there're some issues like conjunction of Sun & Sat always gives problems & so do Sun & Ven.

But future definitely have something for you.

You're currently in Rahu -Rahu-Mer dasha
Rahu is vargottam placed in 11H and aspected by its dispositor Sat.
So overall results of Rahu shd be gud. But ta the same time it is placed in Badhak place (11H) and aspected by Badhekesh Sat. Moreover in D-9 it is placed in 7H with 8L Jup. So there comes come afflictions.

Transit wise this Rahu is transiting in 8th from Lagna as well as natal Moon.
In July 2011, Rahu was transiting on exact degree of Moon in 8th from it. This is said to be the movement of Rahu from 64th navamsa of Moon, which generally gives mental anxities and worries.

Financial prosperity:
Indu lagna is Scorpio which contain Ven. SAV score of Scorpio is just 18 (far below avg of 25) which gives indication of financial trench. However 11th from it, is aspecetd by Sat, Mars & Jup. Aspect of 2 malefics on 11th from Indu lgan represents money from some questioanble means. Jup also aspect 11th from Indu lagna but being retro it cant mitigate other factors.

Luck: 9L Jup is retro (delay) and 9H is occupied by 10L/11L Sat & 5L Sun and 3L/6L Mer. Sun-Sat combination in any horoscope & in any house is unwelcome as they turn out to be bitter enemies. This is intensified by the presence of 6L Mer.
So much turmoil in luck.

Profession:
10L Sat is in 9H and 9L Jup aspect 10H, is a gud rajyoga. But in D-9, 10L Ven is debilitated and aspected by 6L Sat. In D-10, 10L Ven is placed in its mool trikona sign and 10H contain 2L/11L Mer and YK Mars. So D-10 is quite strong.
There're combinations which may turn you to own work at some stage of ur life.

Present dasha: Rahu-Rahu-Mer
PD Lord Mer is 8L from MDL Rahu placed in 11H with natal 10L Sat. So there seems to be some struggle. I hope you shd get gud results after Aug 2012 (in Rahu-Rahu-Ven as Ven is placed in 10H from Rahu).
Later Rahu-Jup & Rahu-Sat (Aug 2013- Nov 2018) shd prove to be gud.

It'll be unwise to deduce such conclusions. You'll get ur share or luck but in general it seems you've to work hard for things. They wont come easily to you.

No state lasts for lifelong. Changes are but nature. Many planets aspecting 11th from Indu Lagna indicates finances thru questionable means.
