My Cousin brother
Born on 13-2-1997
Time :16:45
Place: Sagar Karanataka.
Science three months he is feeling not well as Skin disease and went to so many doctor not at all diagnoising what it is,On 14th Feb suddenly a street dog came and bite his leg with deep so he and his mother are worried a lot why this sudden health issue
Please look at his chart and please guide me on this.

I don't know to check horoscope, but what I would suggest is to do a small archana or Pooja in subramanya temple and it would be good if he chant subramanya ashtakam.
