I had skin issues from October 2018 till May 2019. Finally started getting resolved.

I think I may have injured my chest back in March/April from working out. Over time I had some swell develop in my left chest especially near the clavicular region which from my research could be a pectoralis major tear and is said to take some time to heal.

However, could you please predict that if there's any underlying issue I may need to worry about e.g. any lethal disorder, blood issues, lymph nodes or lymph system issues? Please add any info you might feel might be applicable.
