Dear archangelrapahel,

I have been a silent non-member reader here so far and have found your answers to be highly insightful and detailed. Could you please read my brother's chart and help in assessing how his life would turn out to be? He was diagnosed with autism around the age of 7, which is already quite a late age in terms of intervention therapy but this was back when there was very little awareness of this disorder in India. He was difficult as a child but is a happy, affectionate adult now. As his sister and likely lifelong caretaker after my parents, I would like to understand any anticipated issues in his chart and any potential remedies that may help.

The Lagna and Lagna lord Moon does not receive any malefic influence so the native won't have difficultly living his daily life and also receive the necessary means and support throughout life.

As Lagna lord is in 11th house: You as the elder sibling will provide support & nourishment and bring significant improvement in his life. From 11th as radical Lagna, Venus is in 6th from Taurus indicates you have prarabdha karma to take care of your younger sibling.

Due to the prognosis, the native is limited in interaction with the outer world but the chart indicates the native has a vivid and creative imagination. (Moon is extremely exalted, Sun in Chitra, Rahu in Chitra and a strong Venus. This chart hints Savant Syndrome.

Currently running Rahu Vimshottari. The native will be under Rahu MD throughout the adult years. Rahu is in Chitra. Chitra ruled by Tvastar is a nakshatra of Artisans & Designers

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this reading, Raphael! This is exactly what I had meant to ask - in terms of whether his chart shows enough resources and support in life so that he can live well despite his disorder. It's quite a relief to see that this is not denied in his chart.

Most points are bang on. We did move around India a bit since his birth (and even before that, in fact). Although not super wealthy, we're comfortably well off and a lot of success actually came in the last two decades. As you rightly predicted, there are definite difficulties with speech and also maturity levels. However, both his overall perceptiveness and technical understanding are sharp, along with a definite penchant for fixing things. And although he doesn't speak beyond a handful of sentences and words, he perfectly understands the 3 languages that we speak at home and outside, including random idioms and occasionally, even sarcasm. According to a friend who specialises in this domain of cognitive science, this kind of multilingualism and idiomatic understanding is relatively uncommon among non-verbal people on this spectrum.

Art therapy is a great suggestion, thank you! He goes to a special institution where he already does a lot of craft related activities. So, we'll continue to focus on that, along with perhaps trying to see if he shows interest in a musical instrument given his strong Venus.

Just one more question - does his chart show any yoga for comfort in foreign lands? I have already been living abroad in different places for several years, first for higher education and then work. Initially, it wasn't with the intention of settling down outside India but now I am seriously considering permanent settlement abroad. I plan to ensure that my parents and brother can eventually join me. Is there an indication in his chart for that? Developmentally speaking, I feel that he will have access to better resources in Canada or the EU compared to India, for example.

Moon is the natural karaka of 4th house. When Moon(the Lagna Lord) is placed in the 11th it is in transformative 8 places away from the 4th shows immigration to another country.

Immigration will be assisted by the 11th house (the elder sibling, or father’s younger sibling)

Moon and Mars are at Sandhi. Rahu/ketu within 3 degrees. I get Aslesha-3 as lagna raising.

Birth time seems to be checked to identify lagna. This is not matching with Sudarshana chakra dasa-takingD1, D12 and D-144 raising as start of MD,AD and PD.
That comes around 2am.
