What planetary combination causes accident to my husband

On January 21, 2014 my husband who works in gulf met a severe head injury with some drilling equipment
He was under ventilation for 7 days.
Doctor gave us only 15% chances of his survival but by God grace he survived and in very good condition now
After 6 month on June 4 his mother fell from scooty and had severe spinal cord injury.
Till date she is paralysed below stomach.
I wonder what planetary combination causes these severe accident back to back.
His birth details are
19/12/1987
6:25 or 6:30 pm(mil says like that)
Tinsukia Assam
Can anyone tell me what planetary combination causes these accidents.?

Involvement of mars, venus, planet in 6th house, 6th lord influencing the house of travels,
sukha or comfort, aruda lagna, arudha of sixth house and many more can bring in accidents
ranging from small to severe accidents mostly if the dasa periods coinciding with the above
in varied amounts. Quantifying is tough.

In the given chart, mars, the sixth lord is influencing venus placed in the 8th house of difficulties,
setback, etc. Mars is the sixth and eleventh lord ( hara and dhanda ).

the incident happened in the dasa of venus and antar of venus. I am not going down to the other
smaller periods of the dasa owing to the doubt in the time of birth.

On the accident day, mars was in the fourth house( of comfort ), venus was placed in the 7th aspected
by both mars and saturn closely.

In the natal (birth) chart, the aruda of the 8th house falls very close to mars.

many more observations can be made provided the birth time is near close to the ' TRUE ' time
of birth.

hi Agog,

You are right.

i have inadvertently taken ' tuna ' as place of birth instead of tinsukia. sorry.

After correction, i could see the accident having taken place during Ven/ven/sat/merc
involving planets placed in sixth from lagna ( closer in degrees too ). I also observed the
transit of mars and saturn in bad place from the natal sixth lord Jupiter who aslo happens
to be the atma karaka.

i am pondering about the saving grace the native had during that time.
