One of my friend son is hyperactive with less attention and speech delay. Here is his birth details.please look into it and tell if any remedies required.

The birth place is not specific. I took Illinois city, Illinois State in the US. Child born in Purvashada nakshtra ruled by Venus which is in low dignity (debilitated) in 8th house being 4th and 9th lord. Child is running Venus Mahadasha since birth till 2031. Ketu is also occupied 2nd house of speech, learning and family lineage. Ketu is headless planet wherever it sits it disassociates/destroy those activities. In this case the child will have struggle connecting with family lineage, language and learning. The time period might be very exaggerated since Saturn is conjuct Ketu too in transit currently. There is also weakness in regards with father.
Consult a speech therapist and ADHD therapy as primary remedy to begin. Purvashada natives males are known for anger spurt. Take that in account and mould the kid to divert the anger into different channels by enrolling him into music or art. Purvashada is ruled by Venus and Venus is lord of art and music so I am certain it will help him a lot in learning process.
