I have a chart where the native has exalted and retrograde 5th Lord but childless
She had one misscarraige last year in may
After 6months of trying they visited infertility expert who suggested them for ivf because her amh level is extremely low.
She was even told by doctor that she can't have children with her own egg.
She will need donor egg
Strangely the husband also have exalted 5lord Jupiter
