I have severe backache trouble and am always tired. There seems to be no underlying medical condition either. It's just that I have no mental and physical energy to do anything. I am aware that I'm going through Rahu Mahadasha and that takes its toll on one's health, but this is getting too much as I'm not even able to do my basic daily routine works. Please help me through this. When should I expect an improvement?

There is some improvement after three months.
You can offer prayers to Lord Ganapati and do Ketu mantra. There will be some relief.
In future wear yellow sapphire and do remedies for Moon also.
