Until when will i feel depressed? When will I be truly happy?

Hello astrologers,

I have been feeling very depressed and low off late due to numerous reasons. I don’t feel motivated to cook eat work go out or do anything.
This depression seems to have increase over the past couple of years.
What is wrong with me? Will i ever get relief?

I was diagnosed with bipolar in 2009, and was on medicines until late 2014.
Is the same phase repeating? Should I see a psychiatrist again?

I tend to get stressed out a lot more than i should. I also tend to cry a lot even though I don’t want to.
Any remedies to lead a happy and content life?
