Thank you for such an elaborate answer, your explanation gives a lot of insight into a lot of answered questions thank you once again.
Some how i could get my dad's detail,
Dob: 31.08.1959,
Time of birth : 11:10 p.m
Place of birth: Hyderabad.
We tried to find out if it was due to any malefics they said looking at the chart if there could have been a pooja done maybe it could have been avoided.
Sir from the given details if you can give your insight if that is true..! It would be very helpful to know as to why this fateful incident happened...!

DEath from his natal verses transit chart-as follows..

1-natal lagna and transit lagna are in 6-8 axis.[libra-taurus IS NATAL both belongs to venus]
2-Natal 11th with ketu[moksha],8th house is saturn[death]
3-natal saturn on transit of saturn[lagna lord-destruction of boy]
4-natal 8th lord jupiter rcving transit jupiter in scorpio.
5-3rd lord moon in saturns star[1oth lord].
6-moon-mer-sun-ven-sun-saturn[10th lord]on 15-12-2017 @ 2-30 am.
7-Natal KETU Is In 10TH Lord Saturn Star..

15-dec,2017..@ 01-20-54 am mercury triggered the process.. /@ 01-56 am ketu followed the mercurys action[ketu in 3rd house of action-death from transit mercury]../venus as transit 8th lord and ,natal 6th lord, natal 9th house 10th lord completed his assignment in his PAD Of Mars.

In transit chart-.main planets that triggered the death are mercury/ketu/venus/10th lord in transit i.e moon. MARS is 2-7th lord.Transit lagna is libra.

Now we will check their role in his natal dasa .3rd lord moon dasa under operation.Moon in house of secondary death house[3rd] and placed in 10th lord saturns star[remember-the point once again/Death is linked with 5-10th lords in 99.99% cases.Here planet in 10th lords star also acts the same].

In Natal dasa of moon,the death sequence of planets are as followed-moon/mer/sun/ven/sun/saturn.so mercury is the 5th lord [of poorva punya and also represents brain] for taurus lagna.1-6th lord venus under combustion[disease and fire cremation].sun in venus star too.such sun is 12th from the 5th of disease recovery.so patient not able to recover from his illness.Both ven-sun are in vargotham in D9[NO CHANCE OF ESCAPE FROM THE DESTINY].SATURN AS 10TH LORD COMPLETED HIS ACTION.

In general as per ethics in astrology no death of living person should be predicted and it is true we can warn about his ill health and it is very difficult to judge from the chart ,coming to your father death and based on the birth details provided he is of Taurus lagna .
At the time of death he is running Ketu antardasa and moon dasa .
Moon is the lord of 3rd means life ,8th house in astrology is house of death .
Ketu antardasa running at the time of death ,Ketu is Chaya graham so it represents star lord and sign lord .means it represents jup and sat .jup aspecting 3rd house so it can’t give death ,sat is having low points in astakavarga so it can’t give death .further Ketu is in libra navamsa which is Venus lord of first and having second highest points .so death occurred and on the day of death the points were very low so it was sudden death ,which also got matched in your chart
Coming to your point if remedies would have worked ,remedies will not work especially for death related or to be any issues.further the death of closed relatives like father and mother will be help full in order to asses the correctness of birth chart timing in respect of there children
