will the transplantation surgery be fruitful?

Hello all,

I have been struggling with severe hair loss which is increasing year after year. I am facing thinning of hairs from quite sometime being a girl which is very difficult to bear. It gives you so much inferiority complex which is sometimes very difficult to handle. I am a decent pretty girl but this problem shakes all my confidence in myself.
Now i am planning to get hair transplantation surgery done to solve this problem permanently.
so please let me know the favorable period in which surgery will turnout to be fruitful.
