5th house is recovery from disease.In his chart the karak for 5th is Jupiter placed in mesh navamsa which is in 6th house of navamsa kundali--so condition not improved.
8th house is longevity and its karak is again Jupiter, placed in Aries amsa,which is in 6th house of D9-So Condition Is Critical and serious in nature.
see the disease resistance and responding towards medical surgery and drugs from the 3rd house.In this chart 3rd lord is again Jupiter,placed in Aries amsa ,whose lord mars Is in 6th in D9 chart.-Fight against situation is also poor..
Lagna lord Mars of self and confidence itself fallen in 6th house of navamsa.so hopes are very narrow..just praying is only our remained duty now..

Typo errors in my reply-pl read the the 5th and 8th house references as the lord or dispositor of Aries Placed in 6th House in D9 Chart.sorry for the error readers..
