Now suffering from cardiac problem since Nov 2011 as Shani-sadhesati period. Now he lost his wisdom, interests in his work , suffering from health & money problem
After Saturn transition on Nov 2017 , his problem is increased
Is there real markesh dasha (fatal) in his kundli ?????
If unfortunately, then what do he do to minimise it's negative effect

Chart is Kanya lagna (Virgo) and Vrushchik rashi (moon in Scorpio). Moon who is 11th lord for this chart not only debilitates in Scorpio but in paapkartari from Saturn on left and Rahu/Mars on right. So significations of moon severely weakened.
Kaalsarpa dosha exists due to all planets being on one side of Rahu-Ketu axis (upper half of chart). Is time of birth correct? Because Moon mahadashs started exactly in Nov-15 2011, and you said cardiac problems since that month.
Venus is maraka for Virgo lagna, not Moon. Right now running Moon-Mercury till Feb-2019, then Moon-Ketu till Sep-2019, after wheich Moon-Venus starts. Thats the time you may need to exercise care of his health. But note that exact calculations of longevity are extremely difficult and most people get them wrong. So no need to be unnecessarily worried right now.
