Hi I have a girl child born on 22 April 2013( birth time 1048 am, place Vizag, India). She is still not speaking though she listens to most of the commands. She is also very stubborn. Wanted help to check if she will speak and when and if she will be fine further

1. Lagna lord and karaka for speech, Mercury, is in debilitation though in own nakshatra. Rahu aspects Lagna.
2. Bhava madhya of the 2nd Bhava is also Mercury.
3. 6th lord Mars is in the 6th from the 6th i.e. the 11th house. It makes the cure of a roga difficult. Mars is combust as well.
4. Nakshatra lord of Mars is Ketu who occupies the 6th amsa in Navamsa.
5. Mars and Saturn aspect the 2nd house.
6. Moon is isolated with no planets on either side. Its sign dispositor Sun is exalted and is with the nakshatra lord of Moon i.e. Venus. The combination is joined by Mars, the rogakaraka, is along the Rahu- Ketu axis and is aspected by Saturn.
7. Rahu in the 5th with Saturn and aspected by Mars causes Sarpa Shapa.

Considering the above, it is desirable that a doctor be consulted. Sarpa Sanskara may be done. A shanti for Rahu and Ketu may also be done.

We have taken her to the doctor and currently she is undergoing medical help to enable her to speak.

I wanted to understand from dash a sequence when do you see the recovery. Secondly how long will this problem last and also her education" I am sorry for two many queries.

Venus dasa continues till 2021. In Venus dasa, Rahu, Saturn, Moon, Jupiter and Mars are also active. The current antara of Saturn will be followed by that of Mercury which will end in March 2020. The problem can be expected to persist till then. Performance of Sarpa sanskara and other remedial measures mentioned earlier are also needed.

No definitive comments can be made on the education of the child at this early age. Let the child complete 12 years of age.

hello. my friends daughter born on 9th july 2014 8:48 pm chennai pm has been turned 21 months now. but still she speaks only 5-6 words. and has lesser concentration in the activities she does. doctors have recommended therapies for her. my friend is worried about the childs speech and education. so can u help me with how the speech and education of the kid would be, is there medical therapies and medication required for her initiation of speech and probably by around which stage she will acquire the fluency in speech as all other kids of her age does. thank u and waiting for a good result

Also my friends daughter was speaking many words wen she was 15 months. suddenly her word counts dropped. she resist to have eye contact with people talking to her. she is always in constatnt moving and focussing on exploring things rather than responding to the directions or trying to speak. her hearing and eye sight are perfect. her stubbornness, not trying to speak(but has interest coz she babbles now and then) and not following the directions (coz of lesser eye contact and constant moving and running) is the main reason of worries. would be of great help if u cud guide us soon. thank u

Hare rama, based on the symptoms she must be suffering from "Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder" (ADHD). Speech wise she will be okay. What makes the chart difficult in this aspect could be the factor : 1. Moon getting debilitated in rasi and navamsa. A pooja for Lord Shiva and homam may be required.

hello. i had posted previously about my friends daughter (born on 9th july 2014 at chennai , Tamilnadu 8:48pm). actually her word count was more wen she turned one and by 15 months i dropped to around 5-6 .. but she started to gradually speak in d past month. now suddenly she has stopped speaking. but wen she listens to rhymes or songs she follows with a word or two. and only that. activitywise she s showing good improvement. she has started with speech therapy. she has a good understanding, eye contact. but her stubbornness and this stopping in speech really worries . actually she s undergoing shani dasa and janma sani currently. when can we possibly expect a good result from her. since she s nearing the entry of schooling probably the next year we are very much concerned about her speech. if u could guide us it would be of a great help and support. thanks

Lagna, Mars, Mercury, Venus and Rahu are all in the nakshatra of Kuja. Moon and Ketu are in Kuja's house. The debilitated Moon is the dispositor for an exalted Jupiter who occupies the astamsa in navamsa. Both Moon and Mars are in Mrityu bhaga.

Jupiter is the current antara lord in the dasa of Saturn. It moves to Rogabhava in the bhava chart. It is involved in a nakshatra interchange with the dasa lord Saturn.

The 2nd house of speech belongs to dasa lord Saturn. The house is aspected only by Rahu. Lagna is strong. Moon is also benefically aspected. As such, no major problem is seen.

Dasa lord by ownership and antara lord by occupation are marakas. In addition, the association of the 8th lord Sun with the 6th house and its being with Jupiter in the 6th bhava is a negative indicator. There could be difficulties, but there is no danger to life, rest assured.

Performance of a shanti for Kuja and Jupiter may help in overcoming the speech defect.

thanks so much. actually doctors have given a big list of medical tests for her. is there a need to do all these for her . since she is their first child her parents and also their family members are very much concerned about the kid as of now she is the only kid in their family. they are experiencing question about the childs speech delay from the family circle too. and this is increasing the need to find a solution . she is showing improvements in activities understandings . will that be ok if we do the pariharas and continue training at home and wait for positive results. or if we could put her in play school in this time will it contribute in improving her speech . or is there any medical treatments required.

Medical advise should not be ignored. At best, a second opinion from a different doctor can be obtained and the important tests be conducted.

Mercury, Saturn and Venus are the primary causes. From Feb 2017, some improvements will be seen. The pariharas suggested earlier and the visit to the doctor are both needed. Full recovery may be slow and may take a few years more.

Can you please share the Sankalpa for Vishnu Sahastranama and Saraswati stotra

There is no specified form of Sankalpa. It is basically a statement indicating that you are performing 'this' act (say for e.g. reciting Sahasranama of Vishnu) for 'this' purpose (for e.g. to correct the said speech problems). In case you are familiar with Sanskrit, you can find the sankalpa form in any book of Pujas. You can also find it in some panchangas. In case you are not familiar with Sanskrit also, there are versions which would be available in local languages. You could even search on the net.
