My son has a speech delay. I’m facing sleepless nights due to this. He is very active, playful and has no issues with food, sleep or any other things. He has started nursery 2 weeks back but not settling as he has terrible social anxiety. We have contacted a speech therapist and they have asked us to get him tested for autism
I want to know if there is anything in his horoscope that points to autism or severe speech delay and if there are any remedies I can do.

On the sidelines, the two benefics Juptier/Guru-dev and lagna-lord Mercury/Budha being at loggerheads with each other in a Graha-Yudda or Planetary War is not a good sign. In any case, I'm inclined to think the onset of Jupiter/Guru-dev's Maha-Dasha would provide some relief. Reading/Chanting and making the child hear Shriman Vishnu Saharanama would be beneficial.

As called out previously (elsewhere), your son was born in the midst of and is inching toward the fag end of Rahu (who is not a benefic) Maha-Dasha until end of 2025, as per Vimsottari Dasha system. Thank you Sishya and Sujit. Is there any indication of when things will start getting better? Does his horoscope show any major issue as he's still young but we're getting worried if this will affect his future life in any way.

Given my understanding of inherent afflictions (more so from Chandra Lagna or placement of Moon/Chandra), it would perhaps make more sense for you to consider seeking a detailed/through Physiological/Psychiatric evaluation done (for the child) from qualified medical professional – if not already done.
