Debilitated Dara karka in both D1 and D9 chart

Suppose In a person's chart Dara karka is debilitated in both D1 and D9 chart,so does that his/her marriage life is totally doomed? Or just simple prediction based on debilitation concept is not accurate real time??

Mars in cancer and retrograde in both the chart..
