Can someone please tell me how Amk in 11th house aspected by exalted Rahu (in Tau) from 7th house and ketu from Lagna result?

Your current Jamini dasha is Scorpio which is aspected by none and contain no planet.
AD Libra is aspected by GK Moon and it contain AK Ven and MK Sat.
So this time you may feel results like of some struggle related to yourself or property/vehicle etc.

Will you please elaborate more on Amk Dasha of Virgo? Jupiter, Sun and Mercury all aspecting Amk from 2nd house. So how will these planets affect Amk?

I think there is some typing error.
In Jamini system, no planet can aspect from 2H.
In this chart the planets Sun, Mer, Jup are in 8H.
Any aspect relation of AK, AmK, PK, DK are Jamini Rajyogas.
So you've many Rajyogas and in thier dasha good results shd come.
