A7 sign in my chart ?

A7 sign in my chart ?

Hi dear forum members... In my chart A7 in shows in gemini sign in JHORA.But jhora says my 7th house ruler is rahu.Because rahu is more strong.So i'm confused with this.Which one is my 7th house ruler; saturn or rahu ? Then what is my 'true' A7 sign gemini or scorpio ? Should i take rahu for pada calculations ? Thank you..
